Late last year, Nokia Ringaz ran a competition to win an out-of-this-world trip and the opportunity to experience one of the greatest wonders of nature – the Northern Lights.

The challenge was to explain what you would create using your N8, and while entrants were encouraged to let their imaginations run wild – whatever you said you will create, you would actually have to bring to life in order to win the trip.

Together with our three partner websites: Pix magazine, Entertainment Africa and Music review, we selected 9 finalists who each won a Nokia N8 at the beginning of December to ‘Create’ their concepts a reality – and now it’s time to get down to business. One person will win a trip  to the Northern Lights – the strange phenomenon where the sky is illuminated with mysterious streams of greenish, bluish or reddish colours.

These lucky contenders brought their ideas to life using their N8 and you’re going to vote for the best entry:

Terms and conditions for N8 Create Challenge comment competition:

- Only one comment per person will be entered into the draw

- The winners will  be contacted via the email address provided in the comment field.

- The competition is open to everyone living in South Africa and over the age of 16 except employees and immediate family members of Nokia and its agencies. You must be in possession of a valid South African ID or a valid residence / work permit. A copy of this must be made available before the competition prize will be made available.

- If you are a winner on the Nokia Ringaz Blog you may not be eligible to win another Nokia competition for a period of 3 months.

- The winner will be selected by the judges, no correspondence will be entered into.

- The winners will be announced on the 28 January 2011 on the Nokia Ringaz blog

- The comments must be submitted by  23:59 on the  25th January  2011

- Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of the above rules
