Tom Manners

Tom Manners has spent several years as a writer within the South African online technology community. He found his feet within this unique environment after being employed as the first journalist at South Africa’s largest technology related publication – MyBroadband, eventually working his way up to Head Journalist and Content Manager. Following this, he moved over to Smart Publishing, based in Pretoria, where he acted as Online Editor for TechSmart and later started internal print and online publications (Encore and Extra Time) for new South African ticketing provider eQtickets.

Today, he owns and manages Clockwork Media – a successful communications agency based in Johannesburg which specialises in the online technology environment. He is still active within the local journalistic space, and frequently freelances for MyBroadband.
